777 Hornby is a 20 storey office, retail and parking complex strategically located at the corner of Hornby Street and Robson Street within walking distance of Vancouver's many amenities and top restaurants.

Our Design
Built in 1968, made of concrete, the building has received ongoing substantial interior and exterior upgrades over the years.
HVAC
Cooling and heating are provided by way of two air-handling units and dual duct variable air volume boxes throughout the building.
Fire Safety
A concise plan specifically developed for the building and approved by the City of Vancouver.
Parking
Located in the rear of the building, for both tenants and visitors. 457 secured stalls are provided in over 8 levels (4 split levels underground and 4 levels above ground).
1 Stall per 850 Rentable Square Feet! We have one of the highest ratios in Downtown Vancouver.
